{"id":8682,"date":"2020-06-30T14:56:53","date_gmt":"2020-06-30T14:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dinperkim.demakkab.go.id\/?p=8682"},"modified":"2020-07-01T00:43:38","modified_gmt":"2020-07-01T00:43:38","slug":"solusi-terbaik-untuk-penyerahan-fasos-fasum-bagi-pengembang-perumahan-yang-bangkrut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dinperkim.demakkab.go.id\/?p=8682","title":{"rendered":"Solusi Terbaik Untuk Penyerahan Fasos Fasum Bagi Pengembang Perumahan Yang Bangkrut"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>DINPERKIM <\/strong>&#8211; hari ini Selasa 30 Juni 2020 kedatangan tamu dari Konsultan Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP Guntur Eki Andri dan rekan). dan diterima langsung oleh Kabid Perumahan, Rombongan yang dipimpin oleh Pak Andri tersebut menyerahkan 1 (satu) BA penyerahan Fasum\/Fasos Perumahan dari pengembang yang sudah selesai mereka laksanakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andri konsultasi langsung ke Kabid Perumahan bahwa PR dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) sejumlah 59 perumahan itu pengembangnya ada yang masih beroperasi tapi banyak yang sudah bangkrut. Maka bagaimana solusi terbaik?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kabid Perumahan menjawab, Terimakasih 1 (satu) Fasum\/ Fasos lagi sudah diserahkan ke kami sampai bulan Juni akhir ini.
