{"id":2255,"date":"2019-07-10T09:20:37","date_gmt":"2019-07-10T09:20:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dinperkim.demakkab.go.id\/?p=2255"},"modified":"2019-07-10T09:20:37","modified_gmt":"2019-07-10T09:20:37","slug":"dinperkim-lakukan-evaluasi-kinerja-pelaksana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dinperkim.demakkab.go.id\/?p=2255","title":{"rendered":"DINPERKIM LAKUKAN EVALUASI KINERJA PELAKSANA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DEMAK &#8211; Rabu, 10 Juli 2019 bertempat di aula tengah lantai 3, DINPERKIM mengadakan rapat evaluasi kinerja pelaksana untuk bulan Juni,\u00a0 rapat dibuka oleh Bapak kepala Dinas Perumahan dan Kawsan Permukiman bapak Akhmad Sugiharto, ST. MT. dan dilanjutkan oleh bapak Budiharjo, ST sebagai sekretaris dinas selaku pemimpin rapat. Dalam rapat disampaikan beberapa hal sebagai evaluasi kinerja pelaksana antara lain :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Untuk mendukung program pemerintah kab. Demak tahun 2021 menjadi kota smart city<\/li>\n<li>Seluruh Karyawan Dinperkim agar selalu jaga kekompakan, kekeluargaan sesuai dengan motto dinas yakni &#8221; Bekerja Bersama, Kita bisa &#8220;<\/li>\n<li>Dalam setiap kegiatan harus ada backup data<\/li>\n<li>Temuan BPK harus segera ditindak lanjuti<\/li>\n<li>Untuk lebih meningkatkan Kinerja OPD<\/li>\n<li>Administrasi dalam setiap rapat harus terdokumentasikan seperti undangan, daftar hadir, dokumentasi foto, dll.<\/li>\n<li>SPJ yang di klimkna harus sesuai dengan realita yang dilakukan dilapangan<\/li>\n<li>Untuk mendukung program pemerintah dalam menuju kabupaten yang informatif setiap kasi mengirimkan 2 berita dalam kegiatannya<\/li>\n<li>Penunjukan\u00a0 staff dalam pembuatan berita dalam setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dinas<\/li>\n<li>Tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan\u00a0 prestasi-prestasi yang sudah diraih oleh dinas<\/li>\n<li>Jangan dibedakan antara bidang satu dengan bidang lainnya, kita semua adalah satu keluarga bekerja untuk DINPERKIM<\/li>\n<li>Harus saling mendukung dalam setiap kegiatan untuk kemajuan bersama<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>disampaikan pula oleh kepala bidang pengembangan kawasan permukiman ibu Nurul Prasetyani yakni<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dalam kita bekerja sehari-hari atribut kelengkapan seragam harus dipakai<\/li>\n<li>Saling memahami tupoksi dari masing-masing rekan kerja<\/li>\n<li>Perumusan pembuatan SPJ untuk bantuan keuangan khusus desa agar bias lebih efisien<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>usulan yang disampaikan oleh karyawan dalam rangka mendukung program kerja pemerintah Kab.
