Nyaman dan aman untuk berkendara, dan untuk hunian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan ketentuan pemendagri Nomor 9 Tahun 2009 tentang pedoman Penyerahan Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas Perumahan dan Permukiman dari Pengembang kepada Pemerintah Daerah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selasa, 15 Maret 2022 PT Dongko Asri Indah Pengembang Perumahan Kangkung Asri Indah Desa Kangkung Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak melakukan penyerahan PSU Perumahannya dengan menandatangani Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST). Penandatanganan BAST di lakukan oleh Bapak Suripan Direktur PT. Dongko Asri Indah dan di saksikan oleh Pelaksana Bidang Perumahan Dinperkim Demak Bapak Suparno, SE dan Mufti Muhammad Al Arif, A.Md.T.
